What we collect

If you join our early guest list we collect your name, email, and optionally your villa of interest, approximate dates, message, the language of the site, and the time of sign-up. We do not collect payment data on this website.

Why and legal basis

To contact you about the opening of bookings and our offers. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

Retention

Until you unsubscribe, or for a maximum of 24 months without any contact from you.

Who receives your data

Our hosting provider (Render) and email provider (Resend) act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

Analytics

With your consent only, we use anonymous statistics (visitor country, pages viewed, device type). Without consent no analytics scripts are loaded.
